Our service operates on a credit-based system where you purchase credits to access AI-assisted features for resume and cover letter optimization. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

Payments and Credits

All payments and financial transactions for our services are conducted in United States Dollars (USD) only. By purchasing credits, you agree to make payments in USD through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Our credit system works as follows:

  • Credits are purchased in packages at the time of purchase
  • Credits are consumed when you use AI-assisted features
  • Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely - they do not expire
  • Credits can be used at any time, even after extended periods of inactivity
  • All transactions are processed securely through Stripe
Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our AI-assisted services, which involve significant computational resources and immediate processing, refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 hours due to technical problems on our end
  • Unauthorized Charges: If charges appear on your account that you did not authorize
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction
  • Billing Errors: If there are clear billing errors or overcharges

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:

  • Used Credits: Credits that have been consumed for AI-assisted features
  • Unused Credits: Since credits do not expire, we do not provide refunds for unused credits
  • Account Cancellation: We do not provide refunds for account cancellations - unused credits remain available for future use
  • Change of Mind: After credits have been purchased, regardless of whether they have been used
  • Job Application Results: If you don't receive job offers or interviews after using our service
  • Service Quality: If you're dissatisfied with the AI-generated content quality
  • Account Inactivity: If you don't use your purchased credits - they remain available indefinitely
  • Technical Issues on Your End: Browser compatibility, internet connectivity, or device problems

Important Note: Once credits are used for AI-assisted features (resume analysis, cover letter generation, job posting analysis), they are considered consumed and are not eligible for refund. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and can be used at any time.

Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your account email, transaction ID, and detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Review Period: We will review your request within 7 business days
  4. Resolution: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  5. Notification: You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Dispute Resolution

Service Guarantees and Limitations

  • Service Availability: We maintain high uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability
